Michael Dowd is an Associate attorney with nearly 30 years of experience. He graduated from Cal-State University Long Beach (1992) and the University of Houston Law Center (1995). He has served as a prosecutor in Fort Bend County, Texas, and San Bernardino County, California, where he was a major crimes prosecutor and tried numerous murder cases. He also served as Chief Prosecutor for the City of Pasadena and Chief Homicide Prosecutor for Hamilton County. He is also a Professor of Law.
