Michael E. Bergman is a co-founder and partner of Bergman, Bergman, Fields & Lamonsoff, focusing on motor vehicle negligence, construction accidents, slip/trip and fall, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and product liability. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland and his Juris Doctorate from Touro Law School in 1995. He is admitted to the New York State Bar and federal courts.
