Michael Monti is a general practitioner with a focus on civil litigation and commercial land use and development. In his litigation practice, Michael represents plaintiffs in real estate, municipal, general contract, maritime, trusts and wills, and personal injury cases. In his land use practice, Michael represents developers before local municipalities in southern Rhode Island.
