About Michael
Michael Cowgill is a co-managing partner at mctlaw who serves on the Firm’s attorney management team. He works in the firm’s nationally recognized product liability division. Michael focuses his practice on defective medical devices and wrongful death lawsuits involving Kratom, a dangerous supplement. Mr. Cowgill has won multi-million dollar wrongful death verdicts and judgments against kratom manufacturers and distributors across the country. His legal work always sides with victims who’ve been harmed by those who put money before safety.
