Michael J. DeMarco had a distinguished 26-year career with the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office, rising to Deputy First Assistant Prosecutor. He supervised special investigative units and oversaw numerous homicide investigations. A Certified Criminal Trial Attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court, he was honored with the Outstanding Advocacy Over A Career Award in 2018. Mr. DeMarco is an instructor and lecturer on criminal trial skills and has taught at the college level for over two decades. He is a graduate of William Paterson College (1990) and New England School of Law (1993), and holds an Advanced Certificate in Immigration Law from CUNY.
