Michael K. Eidman is a personal injury and medical malpractice attorney who has been practicing since 1980. He graduated magna cum laude from CUNY Queens College and received his law degree from Boston University School of Law in 1979. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, and before various local federal courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association for over 40 years. He focuses on individualized client attention and has been named to Super Lawyers from 2012 through 2024.
