About Michael
Mike is a partner at Le & Kittleson where he focuses his practice on traumatic brain injury, premises liability, wrongful death, trucking collisions, and insurance bad faith. He has spent his career advocating for individuals who have been wronged by insurance companies and large corporations. He has helped his clients obtain several seven-figure verdicts, settlements, and awards for their injuries. Mike is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and an Eagle member of the Washington State Association for Justice. He has been named to the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 list and a Super Lawyers Rising Star. Mike grew up in rural Illinois and went to law school at the University of Washington. He has been practicing personal injury ever since.
