Founding Partner Michael LaMagna brings over 15 years of estate planning, probate, health, and elder care litigation expertise to LaMagna McKenna PLLC. As an experienced litigator, Michael has been representing individual clients and health care facilities alike in all manners of health care-related legal issues, including complex estate actions. His licensure and industry experience as a Nursing Home Administrator inform his unique ability to represent his clients in the ever-changing world of health and elder care law. Michael has sensitively and successfully represented clients in matters including: Trusts and Estates Litigation, Guardianship/Conservatorship Litigation, Special Needs, Elder Law/Elder Care/Medicaid, Health Care Law, Probate/Administration and Associated Litigation, Nursing Home/Assisted Living, Long Term Care Insurance Matters, Hospital and Medicare Compliance, Social Security Disability. As a former adjunct professor at Long Island University, Michael taught both Long Term Care Administration and healthcare law courses, educating scores of long-term care administrators.
