About Michael
Michael Mahan is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School and has been with William Schwitzer & Associates since February 2017. He handles a large and varied caseload from inception to resolution, practicing in all five boroughs, Nassau and Suffolk County, and Federal Court. Michael is also the head of the firm’s New York State serious injury threshold motion department, where he has successfully defeated numerous motions involving complex issues under Article 51 of the Insurance Law, leading to millions of dollars in recovery for clients. Michael currently lives in Manhattan.
