Michael Martinis

Michael Martinis, a founding member of the firm, retired in 2022 after over forty years of civil practice. Since 1977, Mike represented a wide variety of clients in business and construction disputes as well as all aspects of real estate litigation, including arbitration, civil jury trials and appeals. His practice included representation of some of the largest real estate brokerage firms in the Pacific Northwest, as well as individual landowners and tenants.
