Michael Napier

Mr. Napier, the founder of the firm, was born in West Palm Beach, Florida and grew up in Grand Island, Nebraska and Riverside, California. In 1967, he graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s degree in education. He received his Juris Doctorate from ASU in 1970. Mr. Napier is well known for his strong commitment to and relationship with the Arizona law enforcement community.
