Michael brings his 15 years of experience in workers’ compensation practice to the Firm, with extensive experience on both the administrative side of the process handling hearings before the Industrial Commission as well as in litigation involving the full spectrum of workers’ compensation issues. Having spent years of his career representing both injured workers and employers, Michael brings a unique all-encompassing perspective and understanding of how workers’ compensation matters unfold from both sides of the table.
