Michael R. Botti

Michael Botti earned his Bachelor of Arts from Marquette University and his Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from Michigan State University College of Law in 2001. Soon after graduating from Michigan State, Mr. Botti began working as an Assistant State’s Attorney in DuPage County. As a misdemeanor assistant, Michael Botti prosecuted thousands of cases, was the First Chair in a General Misdemeanor courtroom, and was responsible for prosecuting all types of misdemeanor offenses from DUI, retail theft and battery to criminal sexual assault.
