Michael Ranis specializes in labor and employment discrimination law and has been litigating those areas for more than twenty-five years. For over twenty-one years, he was a Trial Attorney for the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission at its New York City office. He also worked for more than five years as an Associate with Vladek, Raskin & Clark P.C., representing plaintiffs in discrimination, defamation, contract, severance, ERISA, and labor law actions. Before that, he was employed in the Labor Department of Kelly Drye & Warren.
