Michael Reagan

Michael Reagan is a partner who handles a wide range of trial level and appellate matters, including New York State labor law, premises liability, strict products liability, municipal liability, vehicular liability; indemnification, and insurance coverage. He has argued over 150 appeals before all four appellate departments of New York, the New York Court of Appeals, and the Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
