About Michael
Michael Rincon represents law enforcement officers from departments throughout California, as well as firefighters and first responders, in matters of retaliation, on-the-job discrimination, and harassment. He attended Loyola Law School and received the Christopher William Silva Memorial Scholarship. Before joining McNicholas & McNicholas, Mr. Rincon worked as a litigation attorney for one of the largest law firms in the United States, successfully representing clients in a variety of contentious, high-value matters.
