Michael Tricoli, founder of Tricoli Law, began his legal career as a Prosecutor in Jacksonville, serving the State of Florida in Duval County and Nassau County. He has extensive trial experience and expertise in the criminal justice system, understanding both prosecution and defense strategies. He prosecuted misdemeanor and felony crimes, conducting numerous jury and bench trials. After his time as a prosecutor, Michael served as in-house legal counsel for ambulatory surgery centers in Florida and New Jersey, gaining knowledge in health law, employment law, and business law, and representing clients against insurance companies. He graduated Cum Laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and also holds a B.A. from Grinnell College.
