Michael Yenzer has extensive experience helping small businesses and family-owned businesses with succession planning. He graduated from Union High School in 2011, earned a degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri in 2016, and a law degree from the University of Missouri School of Law in 2020. He advises on acquisitions, real estate development, financing, contracts, and employment issues, and focuses his practice on estate and succession planning, business and corporate law, real estate, and contract disputes, as well as general civil and criminal litigation.
