Michele R. Harris is a native Baltimorean, licensed to practice law in Maryland since 1999. She holds a Bachelor's of Science from James Madison University (1995) and a Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law (1998). With 17 years of experience, she specializes in domestic relations law, general civil litigation, criminal cases, will preparation, and estate probate. She is a Charter Member of the Salome Howard Bar Association, a former President of the Charles County Bar Association (2016-2017), and serves on the Judicial Nominating Commission for Charles County.
