Michelle Medina

Michelle Medina is the Managing Partner of the firm and has been a cornerstone of the Baez Law Firm for over 15 years. Graduating Cum Laude from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, she demonstrated leadership and a passion for change early on. She founded the first Latin Sorority on campus, which has since expanded throughout Florida, and as President of the Latin American Student Association, she led the organization to win the Organization of the Year award.
