Miles B. Berger, Esq. is an attorney (Of Counsel) at Romano & Associates, PLLC. He received his B.A. degree, cum laude, from North Carolina State University in 2004, majoring in History and minoring in Sociology and Botany. He earned his M.A. degree in History in 2005 and his law degree in 2012, both from West Virginia University. His practice focuses on serious personal injury, labor and employment, real property, property damage, insurance bad faith, and general tort law. He is a member of the West Virginia State Bar and the West Virginia Association for Justice, and is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in West Virginia. He has worked with Romano & Associates, PLLC since November 2013.
