Mistie Bauscher, a Caldwell native, is a civil and criminal trial attorney and a partner in the Briggs & Bauscher law firm. She graduated magna cum laude from Gonzaga University in 2004 and obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Idaho in 2010. Her practice areas include criminal defense and family law.
