Mr. Horner's legal career began while he was in law school, interning for the Hon. Thomas C. Miller, J.S.C. (ret.) and the Delaware Office of Defense Services' Post Disposition Juvenile Advocacy Program, drafting pleadings for personal injury firms, and working as a Certified Legal Intern for the Chester County (P.A.)
