As a litigator, Mno has practiced on both sides of the bar. His litigation experience began as a defense attorney representing small-cap and publicly traded companies in healthcare and automotive warranty/products liability claims. Mno's experience gives him valuable insight into the perspective of Defendants and their fundamental objectives.
