Monica grew up in Kalispell, Montana. She attended college in Colorado and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management. In 2003, she received her Juris Doctor degree from Valparaiso University School of Law in Valparaiso, Indiana. She is licensed to practice in Georgia and Indiana.
