About Monique
Attorney Monique S. Foley obtained her B.S. in Communications from the University of Connecticut and her J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2003. She was admitted to both the State of Connecticut and Connecticut Federal District Court Bars in 2004. Her focus includes personal injury, workers’ compensation and criminal defense. She accepts pro bono assignments from Greater Hartford Legal Aid. She was named a Rising Star by Connecticut Magazine in 2009 and 2010, Top 10 Attorney by the National Academy of Criminal Defense Attorneys, Inc., and Top Rated Lawyer by AVVO for 2017 and 2018. She was also chosen as a 2018 Connecticut Rising Star and selected by Lawyers of Distinction in 2020.
