Monte Clausen

About Monte

Monte joined the United States Attorney’s Office in February of 1989. He served in the Civil Division until 2003, and then he joined the Criminal Division. Being an AUSA was not Monte’s first job. He was a lawyer for 20 years (1969-1989) before he received his DOJ credentials. During that time, he worked in private practice as a civil litigator. Monte is known for his kindness, generosity of spirit, helpfulness, and immaculate reputation for professionalism. He joined Clausen Law Offices in July of 2020. Monte is an asset to Clausen Law Offices and to our clients.
