Moroni D. Shelton was born in Provo, Utah. He returned to Utah to pursue his legal career after graduating from Widener University Commonwealth Law School in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, where he successfully completed specialized legal studies in Business Advising. Before beginning his legal career, Moroni proudly served our country as a Sergeant - Non-Commissioned Officer, Assistant Drug Coordinator and Patient Admistrator Specialist in the United States Army.
