Moultrie B. Burns, Jr. is a graduate of the University of the South (Sewanee) and a 1972 graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law. He clerked for U.S. District Judge Robert F. Chapman. His chief practice areas include Real Estate Transactions, Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts, and Business Planning and Formation.
