About Nancy

Nancy Turbak Berry is a highly recognized advocate for injured people, honored for her accomplishments. She is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. She was one of the first trial lawyers in South Dakota to be board-certified in Civil Trial Advocacy and Civil Pretrial Practice. She was named Trial Lawyer of the Year in 1997 by the South Dakota Trial Lawyers and Attorney of the Year by South Dakota Women in Law. She has been listed in Best Lawyers in America since 2001 and Super Lawyers since 2007. Nancy established Turbak Law Office in 1982, focusing primarily on personal injury and insurance disputes since 1989. She is also a former magistrate and served for four years in the South Dakota State Senate.
