Nancy Turbak Berry

Nancy Turbak Berry is a highly recognized advocate for injured people, honored for her accomplishments. She is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. She was one of the first trial lawyers in South Dakota to be board-certified in Civil Trial Advocacy and Civil Pretrial Practice. She was named Trial Lawyer of the Year in 1997 by the South Dakota Trial Lawyers and Attorney of the Year by South Dakota Women in Law.
