Naomi received her Bachelor of Arts degree from William Paterson University of New Jersey, majoring in Political Science, and minoring in Legal Studies. Naomi received her law degree from Rutgers Law School - Newark where she was the Senior Articles Editor for the Women’s Rights Law Reporter and a member of the Economic Justice and Public Benefits Clinic.
