About Natalie
Ms. McSwane moved to Florida in 2006 and joined our firm in 2016. Prior to pursuing her law degree, she worked as a deputy sheriff, first in New Mexico and then in Pasco County, Florida. She is a graduate of New Mexico State University, and earned her juris doctorate as a Magna Cum Laude graduate from WMU Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Her area of practice is eminent domain, employment law, estate planning, land use, law enforcement law, local government law, real estate law, and wills, trust and estates. Ms. McSwane recently received her City, County and Local Government Board Certification from The Florida Bar. Board certification recognizes attorneys’ special knowledge, skills and proficiency in various areas of law and professionalism and ethics in practice. She currently assists the City Attorney for the City of Panama City, Nevin J. Zimmerman, and is assigned to the Panama City Police Department.
