Natalie A. Zammitti Shaw is a co-founder and one of the Managing Partners of the firm. A native of North Jersey, Natalie has practiced law as a personal injury attorney throughout the State of New Jersey for more than 25 years. She is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney, one of the youngest women to achieve this certification, an achievement earned by only about 2.2% of all active attorneys in New Jersey, and currently held by approximately only 30 women. Natalie has an extraordinary record of success in her practice and the courtroom, which she attributes to relentless preparation and hard work.
