About Nate
Nate Haberman graduated cum laude from Lewis & Clark Law School in 2022. He served on the Board of Lewis & Clark Law Review and founded the school’s cycling club. He clerked at the Northwest Workers Justice Project and observed the 2020 Black Lives Matter protests as a legal observer. Nate brings his experience as a bicycle mechanic, construction worker, and food industry worker to his role as a trial lawyer at the Underdog Law Office, fighting for the working class. He is licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court, District of Oregon, and holds an Oregon Business Law Certificate. In his free time, he enjoys mountain biking, hiking with his dog, and cooking.
