About Nathaniel

Nathaniel H. Roth founded the firm in 1956 as Nathaniel H. Roth, P.C. He served as a Municipal Court Judge in Jackson Township and other towns in Ocean County. He was involved in the 1974 insurance case Rova Farms v. Investor’s Insurance Co. He retired from daily practice before his death in 2013.
