Neil C. Bordy has a regional practice focused on bankruptcy reorganization and financial restructuring, representing businesses and individuals in Chapter 11 or Chapter 7 Bankruptcies, and farmers in Chapter 12 Bankruptcies. He also represents Chapter 7 Trustees in litigation and has authored articles and lectured on bankruptcy topics. He is a former chairman of the Louisville Bar Association’s Bankruptcy Section.
