About Neil

Drawing on extensive experience as a senior trial attorney, Neil specializes in complex personal injury defense litigation at both state and federal levels. His practice focuses on high-exposure cases across general liability, federal multidistrict litigation and complex catastrophic claims for national accounts and self-insured clients. Throughout his career, Neil has successfully managed diverse cases from inception through verdict, including premises liability, New York Labor Law, commercial motor vehicle torts, municipality defense, wrongful death, product liability and toxic tort litigation. His experience extends to managing and directing national fidelity bond recovery efforts and overseeing and prosecuting fraud cases against defalcators, showcasing his comprehensive understanding of both defensive and prosecutorial litigation strategies. Beyond direct litigation, Neil has established himself in leadership roles in practice management and professional development. As a trial counsel mentor, he helps shape the next generation of litigators while maintaining an active role in client relations and business development. He has served as editor-in-chief for legal organizational and marketing publications and has directed the New York Continuing Legal Education Accredited Provider Program, where he has taught numerous continuing legal education courses to insurance defense claims organizations and clients.
