Nicholas Appell is a senior trial attorney and managing attorney at the San Diego Injury Law Center, leading the personal injury division. He handles motor vehicle, slip and fall, and dog bite claims, and also practices employment law, notably contributing to the landmark California Supreme Court decision in Donohue v.
