Nicholas Rodriguez is a founding partner of Schmittinger & Rodriguez, an esteemed attorney with over 40 years of experience. Born and raised in Dover, Delaware, he earned his B.S. from Pennsylvania State University and his J.D., Summa Cum Laude, from Washington & Lee University. He was admitted to the Delaware bar and served as a U.S. Commissioner and City Solicitor for Dover. Mr. Rodriguez is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and an active member of several bar associations, including serving as President of the Kent County Bar Association and First Vice-President of the Delaware State Bar Association.
