About Nicholas

Nicholas O. Herman is the managing attorney and lead litigation and trial attorney for the firm. His practice focuses primarily on the resolution and adjudication of disputes and legal claims in state and federal courts in Oregon. Nicholas has an excellent track record of winning cases throughout the multiple stages of litigation, including through arbitrations, motion hearings, trials, and appeals. Outside of the courtroom, Nicholas uses his experience in civil litigation and trials to guide clients through a wide range of legal matters and to help them plan and prepare for the potential of future litigation. He graduated from Lewis & Clark Law School and Oregon State University.
