Nicholas W. Karas is the founding attorney of Nicholas W. Karas & Associates, LLC. He is a graduate of Marist High School, Loyola University of Chicago (B.A.), and John Marshall Law School (J.D., Dean's List). Prior to private practice, he served as an assistant state's attorney in the Cook County State's Attorney's Office for over 10 years, where he prosecuted high-profile cases and supervised the Felony Review Division. He established his current practice in 2008 in Palos Heights, practicing in Cook, Will, and DuPage counties. He is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, Southwest Bar Association, South Suburban Bar Association, Cook County Bar Association, and Northwest Bar Association.
