She often goes to the farmer’s market on weekends to make flower boutiques for friends. To unwind, she grabs a fantasy novel and often finishes it in just two days. When she wants to get active, Nicole loves snowboarding trips with her partner, even if she spends most of the time being towed behind his skis!
