Nikki Kinder was born and raised in West Plains, Missouri. She started working at the firm at age 15 as a file clerk and legal transcriptionist. She earned an Associate's degree in 2009 from Missouri State University and a Bachelor’s degree in psychology and criminal justice from Drury University in 2012. She then pursued law at the University of Missouri in Columbia, winning the Moot Court Competition as Top Oral Advocate and the Richard J. Chamier Award in Public Speaking.
