About Nikki
Nikki Kinder was born and raised in West Plains, Missouri. She started working at the firm at age 15 as a file clerk and legal transcriptionist. She earned an Associate's degree in 2009 from Missouri State University and a Bachelor’s degree in psychology and criminal justice from Drury University in 2012. She then pursued law at the University of Missouri in Columbia, winning the Moot Court Competition as Top Oral Advocate and the Richard J. Chamier Award in Public Speaking. She also received Excellence Awards for highest grades in Pretrial Litigation, Emotional Intelligence, and Insurance Law. She clerked for the Supreme Court of Missouri. After graduating law school in December 2014 and passing the bar, she joined the firm as an Associate Attorney. In 2023, she was named partner. Her areas of practice are personal injury and wrongful death, and she also handles workers' compensation and family law cases.
