About Nisha

Nisha Desai Waranch is the managing partner of the workers' compensation department, with 24 years of experience. She is board-certified in workers' compensation since 2008 and AV rated by Martindale Hubbell. She has represented both injured workers and employer/carriers. She graduated from the University of Florida and received her J.D. from the University of Akron in 2000. She is the immediate past President of the Judge William Wieland American Inn of Court and a speaker at Workers Compensation conferences.
