Pamela Prescott graduated cum laude from California Western School of Law in 2019 and is admitted to practice law in California and Minnesota. She practices consumer rights litigation, including class actions for violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, illegal call recordings, and other unfair business practices. She also handles individual cases concerning illegal credit reporting, unfair debt collection, and employment law matters. In 2023 and 2024, she was recognized by Super Lawyers as a "Rising Star" and named to the National Trial Lawyers "Top 40 Under 40" list.
