About Patrick
Patrick McMurtray has almost 40 years of experience as an attorney handling complex litigation, initially focusing on defense work and later representing plaintiffs in pharmaceutical, medical device, and other complex litigation. He also represents business owners and shareholders in disputes. He is admitted to practice in Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, and Louisiana, as well as various federal courts. He returned from China in 2012, where he consulted with law firms and businesses, and is now active in community work, including as a reserve deputy, volunteer firefighter, and providing pro bono legal representation.
