Over the last 23 years, Patrick P. Carney has provided legal solutions for his clients covering a broad range of legal matters. A native of Norfolk, Nebraska, he graduated from Kearney State College in 1991(Summa Cum Laude) with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and then from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1994 with a Juris Doctor Degree. He was admitted to practice law in Nebraska in 1994 and in Arizona in 1996. His practice includes both criminal and civil matters at the trial and appellate level. He is a member of the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys, the Nebraska Criminal Defense Attorneys Association and the National College for DUI Defense. He assists clients with business formation, estate planning, probate, personal injury, bankruptcy, real estate sales and acquisitions, domestic relations and criminal defense.
