Paul A. Lemcke

Mr. Lemcke received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science (with a specialization in international relations) from Tulane University in New Orleans in 1985, and his law degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1988. During his second year of law school, he lived in London, England, and completed the Concannon International Law program at Notre Dame’s year-abroad campus in Mayfair.
