Paul Josephs graduated with a B.A. in Economics from the University of Rochester in 1992, and received his J.D. from New England School of Law in 1997. Prior to joining the firm, he was employed as an attorney with the law firm of Marin Goodman LLP, where his practice ranged from matters involving toxic tort litigation, premises liability, property damage, general liability claims, commercial litigation and employment litigation. Mr. Josephs has an extensive background in asbestos litigation, representing various clients throughout many jurisdictions within the State of New York. He has also litigated commercial matters relating to employee-employer non-compete agreements and various breach of contract claims.
