Paul Barden represents clients seriously injured due to negligence or misconduct, and also represents physicians, nurses, and other licensed healthcare professionals in disciplinary matters. His passion for medical-legal cases developed during his service as a Judge Advocate ('JAG') with the Army Claims Service, where he supervised and adjudicated medical malpractice, motor vehicle, and other injury claims.
